    *exact time it takes you to complete each session is based on each individual. For some it may take longer, others shorter

  • easy to follow demo videos to ensure you’re using proper form

  • free access to the beautifully organized TrueCoach virtual training platform

  • I will ask you to complete a 3-day food log that gives me a general idea for what you eat and drink in a day

    after this I will review it and give you my recommendations for making improvements

  • with a physical location in Georgetown Delaware and being the sole owner & operator of LK FITNESS you can trust that your training will very much be personal despite being virtual.

    I’m always a text, call, or quick drive away to help and support you!

  • your workouts will be placed throughout the month based on session count purchased and your availability

    you will receive all workouts one month in advance.

    IMPORTANT:

    workout routines will be repeated each week. For example, if you purchase “The Kent” you will complete the same 3 workouts each week until you receive new ones at the beginning of each month.

    this allows you to build confidence in workouts and track personal progress in each one since workouts will be repeated within each month
