CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cannot be rescheduled/cancelled more than twice in a row. If rescheduled for a third time the session will be used/lost.
Clients will be charged for “No Show” sessions as well as for appointments that are cancelled within the 24 hour window before scheduled start time.
REFUND POLICY
ASSESSMENT & PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES: Clients who purchase the Assessment and Personal Training Packages (i.e. 3-Pack, 5-Pack, etc.) and decide to discontinue training or not complete the purchased sessions will not be refunded. Their account will be credited for those sessions and may be completed at a later date.
MONTHLY TRAINING: Monthly training tracks are required to commit for 3 month consecutive cycles. If you decide to discontinue training in a 3 month block you will not be refunded, your account will be credited for those unused sessions and may be completed at a later date. If you wish to discontinue training, at least 30 day notice is required before your last month in order to not be charged for the next 3 month block. (i.e. let me know by the end of month 2 if you’re not planning to complete an additional 3 month block)
PAY IN FULL: Clients who pay for 3 months in full and decide to discontinue training will not be refunded for the purchased yet unused sessions. Their account will be credited for those sessions and may be completed at a later date.
Please note that all purchased yet unused sessions expire 18 months from purchase date
